A creative instigator whose passion for meaningful community engagement is contagious.

Natalie believes communities are not disengaged, rather they are looking for meaningful opportunities to participate in civic life. For almost 10 years, she has advocated for, created and facilitated opportunities for communities to contribute.

Natalie has experience solving problems for local government, commercial and for-purpose businesses striving to deliver better outcomes for the community and organisations. With a background in the arts, public participation and entrepreneurship, Natalie has experience transferring a diverse skill set into new situations. It’s not uncommon to see her running at a challenge with creativity and a can-do attitude.

In 2021, Natalie was recognised by Western Sydney University as Young Women of the West for her sustained commitment to creative, meaningful community engagement.
